The fuming dragon is amongst the strongest, but never gained his power but earned it. When koi climbed the waterfall, many of his friends fell. But the koi refused to give up. When the demons from the bottom of the river heard this, they all challenged the koi up the waterfall, but as the koi's resilience stretched far beyond the power of the river demons, the koi managed to get to the top of the waterfall and was awarded the powers and the shape of a dragon.
